Description
This beautiful house is home to a small modern and contemporary art museum founded around the personal collection of the painter Georg Philipp Wörlen (1886-1954), who was a member of the New Objectivity movement. Here, visitors can admire the works of many world-renowned German and Austrian painters and sculptors, such as Alfred Kubin, Arnulf Rainer, Edda Seidl-Reiter and Fritz Wotruba. The museum also hosts excellent temporary exhibitions.
