This museum is sited in a magnificently restored old manor house that once belonged to Johann Rudolf Wettstein, burger master of Basel from 1645 to 1666. It chronicles the development of techniques and tastes for toys and games, from puppets and dolls to magic lanterns, figurines and board games. A pleasure for young and old alike.
