Description

In 1848 wealthy cotton merchant Andrew Low commissioned John Norris to design this classical house with its elaborate cast-iron balconies. Low's daughter-in-law, Savannah-born Juliette Gordon Low (1860-1927), founded the Girl Scouts USA movement here on March 12, 1912.
