Useful information

Description

This 15C church - the baptistery dates back to 1956 - is devoted to the fishermen apostles Peter and Andrew, and Saint Ia, the first missionary to come to St Ives, who gave his name to the town. You cannot miss its Zennor granite tower and steeple near the port. The barrel vault and the ends of the wooden benches are interesting, as are the works of art by Barbara Hepworth (sculpture and chandelier).
