With its Musée de la Coutellerie (Cutlery Museum) at nos 23 and 58, this street is aptly named. The house at no 5 is adorned with a shell, a common Renaissance motif. Note the timber-framed houses at nos 12 and 14, and at no 21 the Maison de l'Homme des Bois, decorated with an enigmatic monkey-like figure.
