Useful information

Description

This little square is bordered on the left by Saint Mark's Basilica and owes its name to the lions sculpted out of red marble from Verona by Giovanni Bonazza (1654-1736). The ornamental paving of this extension of Piazza San Marco is by Andrea Tirali.
